Art.1: Orders

We accept all orders done directly from our web site CondomPlanet.ch, by e-mail order service , by fax +41 (0) 24. 445.27.31 or by phone +41 (0) 24. 445.27.30. The delivery time varies according to the method of payment you have choose and according to the available stock. All the commands received before 10:00 am, are sent the same day and arrive at destination two days later during the working days. For the foreign country, the average delay is about 3 to 5 working days but it does not constitute a deadline and our responsibility cannot be engaged in case of delay caused by postal services. Once your parcel sent, you will receive an email of confirmation with a " Track and Track number " which will allow you to follow the progress of your order directly via the Mail network.

Your order may be put on hold depending on the time required to replenish the stock. The rest of your order will be sent as soon as these products are received at no extra cost.

Art.2: Prices

All prices are indicated in CHF VAT inc.
All orders are paid in CHF, the change is automatically calculated.

Art.3: Payement

We accept payment by:
- Credit card  : Visa,  Master card, Postcard. (CDPL Online-Schirm is the name that will figure on your credit card transactioninsted of Condomplanet)
- Wire transfers . (payable in advance within 10 days)
- Invoice - for Switzerland only. (payment within 15 days + CHF 3.- administrative taxes)
- Post finance / Yellow net  : Yellow net – Direct Debit Descriptive:

Credit cards : When shopping on Condomplanet.ch, your transaction is fully secured by DATATRANS. DATATRANS is a secured online credit card processing system which guarantees the highest level of security on the internet.

You can then safely type your credit card details : at this stage, all data are encrypted by SSL (Secure Socket Layer) before being sent to credit card companies. Your credit card number becomes unreadable by anyone except banking institutions which have access to the encryption code. Your credit card details are forwarded directly to banks and credit card companies. Condomplanet doesn’t even have access to this data. Once your transaction has been approved, you will automatically be re-directed to Condomplanet where you may continue your visit.

Wire transfer: Bank transfers are accepted. Any costs resulting from bank transfers are paid for by the customer. We expect payment within the next two weeks, otherwise we must cancel your order.

Art.4: Shipping

The risks of the transport are at your expense as from the handling of the product by the carrier. You have to verify the state of the packaging and the correspondence of the delivered product. We decline any responsibilities in case of damages due to the transport (torn envelope, opened package, parcel lost).

If your order is not delivered in due course or if products are missing with regard to your delivery order, contact our customer service by email . You will be informed if the expedition was made or if products are temporarily in shortage of stock.

Art.5: Satisfied or fully refunded

In accordance with the legislation in force, you have 7 days (from the date of receipt) to obtain an exchange or a refund of your order from the following address:Condomplanet Sàrl. - Case postale 1 - 1405 Pomy - Switzerland. For this, all returned products must be intact and complete (not having been worn or used and still in their original plastic packaging.). If you do not wish to receive an exchange, a credit will be issued to your customer account. You will then be able to claim the refund of this credit by cheque if the afore-mentioned conditions have been respected. Note that if paiment of the order was done with a credit card or Postfinace, a compensation for the expenses of thetransaction could be claimed to you (CHF 20. -)

Art.6: Guarantee

If after reception of your order it happened that an article is defective or not corresponding, please send it back to us at in its original packing accompanied with the invoice. We shall proceed to a replacement of the goods. The expenses of forwarding are then at our expense.

Incomplete articles or damaged by the customer are not taken back. DVD, Fleshlight, Tenga and articles of lingerie are also not taken back except if you return them in the original packing and not opened, intact transparent film.

Art.7: Responsability

The products proposed comply with Swiss legislation and standards in force. Photographs, text, information graphics and characteristics presented to illustrate the products are non-contractual. Consequently, Condomplanet Sàrl. declines all responsibility in the event of an error or an omission in one of these product photographs, texts, information graphics or characteristics, or in the event of a modification in the product’s characteristics by the suppliers. Naturally, if you have any queries about the products, you may contact our Customer Services. Condomplanet Sàrl. may not be held responsible for the non-execution of the contract concluded in the event of the product being out of stock or being unavailable as a result of force majeure, an incident or a complete or partial strike, in particular with the postal services, transport companies and/or communications services, flooding or fire. Hypertext links may send users to sites other than the Condomplanet site. Condomplanet Sàrl. declines all responsibility in the event of the content of these sites breaching any legal or regulatory measures in force.

Art.8: Client duties

When confirming an order by means of the order module, your purchase is validated and you declare to be at least 18 years old and having accepted its content as well as Condomplanet Sàrl’s general sales conditions which are governed by Swiss law. These present general sales conditions are governed by Swiss law and may be modified at any moment without prior warning.
